These quality copper rivets, also known as saddlers' rivets, are very strong and durable and traditionally used in saddlery. These copper rivets are much more reliable than other rivets, making them the perfect solution for attaching two pieces of leather where you don't want to stitch.
The rivets come with a fitting washer, which needs to be hammered down the stem until secure. Any excess stem can be removed with metal side cutters. You need a setting tool to be able to set the rivets.
Sizes
We stock the rivets in three different thicknesses.
Small = 3mm diameter shaft, 9mm head diameter.
Medium = 4mm diameter shaft, 10mm head diameter.
Large = 4.8mm diameter shaft, 12mm head diameter.
The small, medium and large rivets are all available in three different lengths.
