George Barnsley Paring Knife - wide

Designed arround the George Barnsley Bevel Point Paring knife, they have added 5mm to the base of the bevel point.

This all steel knife is still 10" in length, tapering from 25mm up to 34mm at the widest point.

Laser cut from 2mm O1 carbon steel and hardened to 57 rockwell. This knife has a machined 17 degree bevel and a vibro polish finish to prevent discoloration with age.
